Resumen

 

La formación y entrenamiento en competencias terapéuticas es fundamental para mejorar los resultados de la psicoterapia. El Programa de Formación y Entrenamiento en Psicoterapia es una de las formas de capacitación con las que cuenta la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata (UNMdP). Entre sus metas se propone ofrecer un espacio de formación teórica y entrenamiento en psicoterapia gratuito, brindar atención psicoterapéutica no remunerada a personas con sus derechos vulnerados, como así también un servicio de consulta de problemáticas psicológicas que exceden el dispositivo psicoterapéutico y realizar tareas de supervisión para los graduados que cursan el programa. En dicho dispositivo se realiza un seguimiento de todos los pacientes a los que se les brinda atención y otro del desarrollo de cada uno de los profesionales en formación. El programa está articulado con el proyecto de investigación “Psicoterapia y Supervisión Clínica: habilidades, competencias terapéuticas y resultados de tratamiento”, de la misma Universidad, el cual está encargado de hacer todas las evaluaciones de los pacientes y de los psicoterapeutas. El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo fundamentar teóricamente el programa y presentar su desarrollo.
